Refund Policy

- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in the original packaging
- Have a receipt or proof of purchase
Perishable goods such as coffee cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.
3. Return Period
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few working days.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item, unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
